You know what makes me happy?
- It is November 5th and this weekend I will finish up my Christmas shopping except for 1 thing (just waiting for a better deal to come). I am so excited to enjoy the holiday season with no stress of buying gifts!
- Alyssa, Justin and Ezra come to see us 1 week from tomorrow!
- Finals are next week for Mike and then he will have a few days off and then go back for 4 days and then get another week off.
- I got 10 hours of sleep last night.
- I found 2 dresses at Target yesterday for $4.50 each.
- I am going to have another niece born at the end of April.
- I have so many great friends who I love to pieces.
- Our lives are about as busy as can be right now but we are happier than we have ever been and feel a million blessings surrounding us!

SKYPE
Thank you for making it so I can play peek-a-boo with my nephew Ezra, for allowing my kids to know their extended family and for me being able to hang out with my family at any time even though we are more than 600 miles apart.
My life is so much better with you! I LOVE YOU SKYPE!

Park City
Mike & I have never really had a "getaway" since we started having kids. We really needed a break so we asked my parents to watch the kids one of the nights we were in Utah so we could stay in Park City. We ended up staying at the Waldorf Astoria. It was the most beautiful, relaxing hotel I have ever stayed at and I have stayed at some nice ones.
Mike and I on Main Street
The amazing hotel lobby (my dad built that staircase)
From the second we pulled in we were treated so well. My dad was nice enough to let us take is sports car so we could feel like we belonged (even though we know we don't:). We didn't even understand how the valet worked:) The entire hotel smelled so wonderful. The sidewalks were heated out to the pool. There were a few outdoor fireplaces with huge plush blankets in each room to use by the fire. I have gotta say that I have never been to a hotel where you sit down on big leather chairs to check into your room. The environment was so relaxing and peaceful, I felt like I was at a spa the entire time I was there.
We had a great time and can't wait to do it again. I think this might be a thing to look forward to every year!
